How URGNT works

URGNT is a health navigation guide. You describe what you feel — physical symptoms or emotional distress — and URGNT orients you: how urgent it is, who to see, and what to say. It never diagnoses.

What you can do with URGNT

Describe a symptom

Type or speak in your own words. URGNT asks focused follow-up questions and returns an orientation: urgency, who to see, and what to tell them.

Emotional support

A place to confide. Listening mode first — warm, sincere questions, never a mental-health questionnaire. Care states instead of L1–L5 labels.

URGNT Travel Mode

Local emergency numbers, translated medical phrases, and reports adapted to your destination.

Family plan

Navigate for children and family members from one account, with separate profiles.

Reports

Navigation Report for you, Medical Consultation Brief for clinicians — export and share on Personal.

MyJournal

Log mood and notes daily. Patterns over time help you spot trends.

MyCycle

Track periods, symptoms, and intimacy. The calendar predicts your next period and fertile window.

Urgency levels (physical triage)

For physical symptoms, navigation produces a care-urgency level (1–5) in a ready document — the conversation can continue. Levels describe urgency of care, not a diagnosis. Emotional sessions use care states instead of L-labels.

  • L1 · Self-care

At this stage, nothing suggests an emergency — you can start with home care.

    Manageable at home

  • L2 · Monitor

Worth watching closely: reassess if things change.

Watch how it evolves — describe again if it changes

  • L3 · This week

A medical assessment this week is the safest next step.

    See a doctor this week

  • L4 · Today

This needs medical attention today without delay.

    See a doctor today

  • L5 · Emergency

Immediate emergency care is needed now.

Go to the emergency room now

And if I talk about mental health?

Then URGNT switches to listening mode. Presence before triage speed. Reasoning order: what you are going through → how your days work → safety. Never opens with suicide screening.

Care states (never L1 Stress)

You see states such as Take care of yourself, Support recommended, Talk to someone soon, or Urgent help — plus individualized actions for today. Not a grade on your suffering.

Crisis mode

Intent, plan, or immediate danger leaves the classic path entirely: presence, local resources, call — no Navigation Report, no clinical cards.

Free weekly sessions

Free accounts include 4 triage sessions per rolling 7 days. Emotional follow-up between sessions is free on all plans. Crisis sessions never count against quota.
